Need Cyclops For PAM 004

I have a PAM 004 that was my second rep and I have always loved this watch. The problem is the cyclops has absolutely no magnification. I still wear this watch a lot but it drives me nuts. I have made arrangements to get it relumed and have the cyclops replaced by vacuum, but I need to source the cyclops. Any suggestions on where to buy a decent one.
I read in another thread that chieftang had good ones, but I have absolutely no idea who this is. Thanks in advance to everyone for any help you can render.

yea... are you sure it's a 004? 004 is listed as a luminor marina (like 111, 177, et al) with pvd... it's not going to have a datewheel....

Maybe a Pam Ferrari 004? I don't know Ferrari models well though

Thanks guys I don't know what I was thinking it is a 104. Brain fart. Right after I posted it I realized my mistake and was unable to access the site until this morning.
