Need Advice

Hi guys

Never been a fan of AP until I got into a store at Bal Harbour, damn, I fell in love inmediately, such fine pieces ... the lady taught me on AP history and showed me like 10 pieces, I can't describe the feeling, but you should know. She even give me a +50 pages catalog, looks more like a book to me.

To begin with I want to get this one:

I would definetly appreciate if you experienced AP fans could advise me which is the best movt for this and which is the preferred dealer for AP.

Thank you guys. I think Asian 7750 would do fine as my other watches. Only thing is I am used to 44 mm. Is there a bigger version of the same watch? or is there a similar model (same dial) perhaps a chrono? I read somewhere the chrono model uses same movt as the problematic daytona. What is your advise?

No,there are not versions bigger of this model RO Jumbo about 40 mm
The model more similar (and beautiful too) is the Diver:

You have it with SS bracelet or rubber strap
This watch has 42mm but don’t worry about it seems really 44mm!!
This watch is more sporty than RO Jumbo but is also smart.
This is my advice for you

The chrono AP are the ROO models 42mm (they seem 44mm too) and they have a movement problem similar to Daytona. Because they have the seconds at 12 (Daytona has them at 6). Normaly the seconds are at 9 and you need some additional mechanism to displace the seconds to 12 and 6, and this is the problematic device. IMO,due to this issue they are not watches for a first replica.
With the Diver you have not this issue and you can buy with confidence. There is alot of information about this watch in the forum.

If you are used to a 44mm watch, like a Panerai, you'll most definitely find the AP Royal Oak Jumbo to be on the small side. have you looked at the Patek Nautilus or Vacheron Constantin Overseas? Look at this thread to see these other watches:
