Need Advice !! Sellita 200 arrives DOA

got some watch in mail , arrives DOA. sellita 200 movt.
does not work, after shaking second hand moves 3-5 sec and stops.
can i do somthn at home with it or only watchsmith can do it?

are there any different ways to wind it? did it by winding crown clockwise and shaking the watch
