Looking to get a Bulova Seville, and I just was wondering if somoene can give me a second option on its quality as shown on the listing on eBay. here are two links, please let me know what yall think.

I'd be very wary of buying anything from sellers in the Philippines, the watches coming out of there are often cobbled together barely running write-offs. The watch on the bracelet, if you read the description it says movement 'oiled and washed' , but that it still needs a good clean . . . it's got heavy wear to the bracelet, less so on the case, they've just redone the gold plating to freshen it up a bit. Plus the seller has 10 neg feedbacks in 12 months.

The other is in poor condition to, but out of the 2 I'd pick this seller, even though it looks like you'll need to spend a little money getting the watch sorted out.
