Ok, so I ordered a Navi from Ruby a month or so back. It has a bad link, the bezel was loose from the slide rule and it would not start. I sent it back and a month later I got it back. It has only been a couple days and I have noticed (after finally sizing it) that the bezel is still loose from the slide rule and the hour dial at 6 rests on 11 and not 12 like it should. I am gathering that the Navi's are common to these problems. I am thinking about just returning it and spending the extra money for the Bentley 6.75. What do you think? It may be a rep but this QC is terrible.

Hate to say it but I'd probably send it back. There are some things I could live with (a bad link or two, me personally I'd put the Navi on leather anyway) but the chronos not resetting properly and the loose bezel would drive me nuts. If you are trading up perhaps she will let you return it.

OK, I sent her an email seeing if I could upgrade and pay the difference on a white face Bentley 6.75. I used to think that 42mm was about as big as I could go on a smaller wrist but I love how my 45-46's look.

Well, no luck getting her to swap it out for an upgrade with extra money. I just do not want to send it back yet again and have someone not even look at it to make sure everything is good before shipping it. That is just silly. I ordered 2 watches from puretime and they arrived perfect within a week. Super happy with him and may just use him in the future.

hmm, she's always let me return things (not necessarily watches), without so much as a hiccup...
dont know why she wouldn't do the same for all..

yes, i have never had any problem with her either. just send it back and let her fix it. i think i posted this response already but i will do it again. the watch will need the case changed, it comes as an assembly with the bezel and crystal already in it. just ask her for a new case with a tight bezel. that is what she did for me.

were the watches you got from puretime navitimers? i have received allot of watches that were in perfect condition but they weren't navitimer's, the bezel assembly is a problem at best and the bentley you are talking about is made the same way. some are loose and some are not.
