My PAM009 from Davidsen

Finally with my digital cam available now, here are some pics that I should be posting sometime ago for my Davidsen PAM009

A bit blurred but forgive me as I haven't read the manual or Pugwash photo technique tutorial yet.

How is the lume..? Does the hand and dial have the same luminosity..??

I would guess it is either a Strapmaster or Dirk.

@tutima, the hands and the dial are of slightly different degrees of lume (which the hands are brighter which should be in case the dial gone non-matched) but acceptable level I would say. I am satisifed with the lume.

@16520b, that's a Dirk strap with PVD logo buckle.

I got a Dirk PVD for my 3rd Davidsen -- 195. But unlike my PAV99 the PVD is different than the PVD on the buckle. The PVd on the PAV is very similar. I wonder if you noticed the same.

well, my dream strap for this is a cognac color real pre-A/pre-V strap with the PVD buckle just the one on the P.... site on the 004 in that pre-A article.

u know, I started off with collecting 3 hands and as time goes, I found 2 hands have a different kind of taste, a different attraction.

Definitely feel the same way. First startde with the chronos, then the 3 hands. Now the last 3 watches I bought are the 009, 201a and the 176, which are all Base models. There's just something alluring about the simplicity of the dial.

I noticed the difference in the buckle, but as the buckle is a highly used item, I prefer the PVD coating of the Dirk's one, as even when it fades, u won't notice that easily.
