MY Pam on a TC Dirk

Well I had big balls and got this 26/24 for my Pam from Elliot. I was hoping for brown but got a black one with white stitching. Didn't care for the white on the black so I checked my balls and they are big so I leather dyed the stiching black and it is more to my liking. After wearing it for a couple of days and a little mink oil it softened up Real Nice and I like the look better with the blackened stitching what do you think??

Mrs Pugwash keeps threatening to do the same with mine, but I want it to fade to a grey tone and that'd be stunning with white stitching.

Interesting that EHole has "owned" the Dirks name a whopping 6-7 days,, and he's already able to get them produced in China, Get them shipped to the US, ,and THEN get them out to customers!,,, WOW!! Enjoy your Dirks BRANDED strap,, Must be nice to be able to buy a name,, and then call another brand BY that name.... what an E HOLE!

Everytime someone starts a thread about one of TC's straps, one of the Elliott bashers decides to hijack it and make it about their opinions on Elliott.

It's happened to me and I'm personally tired of it. If you want to bash Elliott, start your own thread, or post on Paneristi. Please do not hijack someone else's thread here.

Dirk is a brand, whether or not you like the way it was set up. I am not defending Elliot here, let's just make that clear.. He can defend himself, and does where needed. Nothing you can say will change that. It's a registered trademark in the US, I believe, for better or worse. If 'Dirk' is a style of Toscana straps now, that's the way things are.

I bought the strap uknowing of any brand so if it is just a TC strap who cares??? I like the strap and it looks nice. This is a rep forum so who cares if the strap is made in china because the watch is also!! If you don't like it don't buy it!!

Ace your watch and strap combo look great. I am not a big fan of contrast stitching on the leather straps, your mod to the original stitching looks far better to me than the white stitching on black leather. Wanmadtim

My white-on-black Oreo strap looks good, but in some photos with wildly diffused light, it comes out grey and white, and this look is amazing. So I'm going to have to distress my strap and bleach it lighter.
