Hello everyone,
I just received my new Pam 441.
Do you remember? .... I bought the Pam 026K given to available ... but, after, out of stock!.
never mind ...
I had chosen the 441.
it is very nice, now place the photos:
Has the disadvantage that it does not work ... completely stopped.
Do you have any secret to making starting the second hand?
I have tried everythings.
What do you suggest?
in this case, what are my real chances?
...sure later I will contact the TD to inform him also...
so ... you know it has arrived in a normal envelope ..
no box!!!
Thank you

Try winding it and give it a good shake. If you are lucky it just might start working.

This is not the reason for non working movement, but, just curious, why you chose a ZFac if my recommendation was KW for this watch?
I assume you chose ZFac since the watch on the pics is a ZFac

ALE

SORRY MI MISTAKE: it is a KW with corrected 29 Jewels inscription !!

They sent me the pictures QC.
Having seen that all was updated ... power reserve, 29 jewlery, dial etc.etc.
I accepted.

when it rains it pours.

As far as I know the only hope you have is to give it a shake and wind it gently, like Rhp1462 said.
If that doesn't work, either you send it to a watchsmith and have him look inside it, or you ship it back to Toro.
Of course talk to him before doing anything if the watch doesn't work.
Good luck :)

I do hope u r talking about the tiny second hand. Not the bigger second hand, as the bigger so called second hand is actually used to tell the second hour for like a different place. Gmt if I'm not wrong

Sorry to hear your watch arrived broken. I had a similar problem with my KW388 which was also posted in an envelope and arrived broken.

Good luck.

thanks friends ...
I am confident in every way now.
2 reasons:
- Torobravo Has always been very friendly and once again confirmed
its this value.
For me it is a pleasure to deal with educated people.
- The watch is very beautiful, I like it a lot

I'm sure it will be only a matter of time and everything will be done well.

ALE do not worry about the mistake ... I try to do my best to follow your advice

Contact Toro and tell him the problem, take it to a local watch repairer and if then it's not working, talk to Toro about sending it back. If you just send it back, it will be 2.5 months before you get it back. That's why I recommend getting repaired near you.

Thank you guys for your support ....
so you know ... on the 441 it seems that there is no possibility to charge it manually ... maybe the 'axis does not engage the barrel of charging
never mind
I'm following the advice of Torobravo, ... it will be only a matter of time and it will work ...
Thanks again
