Puretime sent me my Pam .
I am really pleased with the kindness of the firm.
They have always been courteous , helpful and accurate.
My Pam is beautiful and I am very happy .
For now I can not post photos using photobucket , I'm in the final step but nothing happens , I 'll try again...(maybe!!!)
I am not satisfied 100% ... why?

- The strap is not the same of the photo
Answer : This is the correct asso strap as you odered , sir . but every batch is
different.so the color maybe a little different too .

- The bezel is inserted into the case incorrectly .
the opposite side of the crown is higher. !!!
( I sent the company an e-mail with photo attached )

suggestion - if you get a batch of different straps (always ASSO Lather but different colour and texture), the photos should
be updated in order to avoid these problems in the ' interest
the seller and the customer
- The details of the bezel is so obvious that I am
surprised that it can be escaped QC area !

in the end, I am so pleased:rolleyes: with my first purchase, the beauty of ' watch and the beautifull relationship with the Puretime...that this imperfection of the assembly bezel / case it makes me unhappy.:headdesk:

Congrats on your first purchase! Dont worry about the strap. You will end up changing it with custom strap ;-)

I am most sincerely sorry for the bad assembly between the bezel and case .... I really do not like this ... and I think it is very important for those who sell in the world through the internet.
but this is my opinion ....
I can not post the pictures (photobucket) because at the last step, when I enter the URL in the field tell me that is not correct.

My problem is evident in this last photo.
My watch is very beautiful.
Puretime friendly and very kind.
this .... why?
I am very sorry and I'm planning to take it apart and try to replace the bezel inside the case.
Do you think that in the section of the small jobs... someone can help me?

Why not to talk to Puretime about this matter?

Take a better pic over a lighter background and ask Puretime for a solution

This case is real ceramic material, really hard but really fragile, some inappropriate handling can damage and ruin the case. Be careful

Thanks for the suggestion ...
I actually wrote an email to Puretime with attached photograph.
I realized that I had written to the shipping department office ....
actually the answer, very courteous, I was not impressed!.
To this I then wrote two e-mails to other knowledge (with photo) to Puretime to addresses which I believe included the correct quality control.
I did not ask anything ...
I am confident in the answer but I have not yet received.
I certainly hope for a solution that could Puretime suggerimi ...
I'm waiting ...
In the interest of all of us will keep you informed ...
