I placed my order from Jtime Watch Store, a ZF IWC Portuguese and a ZF IWC Big Pilot 46 mm, using the URL and email address indicated in the RWI website´s Trusted Dealers section. I paid USD 65 for triangular shipping of two watches. Jtime Watch Store charges CNY amounts based on the exchange rate supplied by Google.
My attempts to pay through my Visa card (which is one of the payment methods offered on the Jtime Watch Store website) failed. The transaction was cancelled immediately without sending a payment request to my bank. Jtime Watch Store´s Li suggested I pay through Wise (formerly called TransferWise). This is an inexpensive payment service similar to Paypal, but without buyer protection (also if the payment gets deducted from a credit card, to my knowledge). It is called a "bank transfer" on the Jtime Watch Store website. Their fee is about 1.8 % of the transferred amount. Li offered and granted a 5 % discount on the price of the watches (not on shipping) for using Wise. Opening an account on wise.com was easy, the payment went through smoothly. Li confirmed it on the next day. Quality control pictures arrived from Jtime Watch Store´s Lana within the announced time frame (5-10 business days from receipt of payment). I confirmed. The watches were shipped with a tracking number and arrived without problems or additional charges a little over two weeks later.
The watches work well. Their power reserve lasts for about 75 hours.
Li and Lana were professional, friendly and polite (would make great Super Moderators on any forum!). I would trust in and buy from Jtime Watch Store again.
