Good day. After reviewing many forum threads, I decided to order 2 pairs of CF watches from @jtimewatch.

GMT-Master II 126710 GRNR and Daytona 116508.

I also ordered 2 pairs of crocodile leather straps and end links for the Daytona.

29.08.24 - First communication with TD in WA. He was polite and responded quite quickly. We discussed the watches, payment and delivery methods.
30.08.24 - I made an order and paid on the same day. I was happy because everything happened very quickly. But what happened next I did not expect.
2.09.24 - I received QC link to see fotos of my order. After looking at the photo I was very disappointed because the photo did not correspond at all to what I ordered on the TD's website. On both watches the minute hands did not correspond to the letters, and the engraving on the clasp was not delatized and was applied crookedly. If this had happened only with one watch, I would have thought it was just a coincidence, but both pairs of watches had these defects. That same day I replied to the email and said that both pairs of watches did not ok for me. I asked for other watches that would match the photos on the site and if that was not possible, I asked for a refund.
3.09.24 - I get confirmation from Lana that it asks to replace the watches from factory.
6.09.24 - I received new QC. What do you think is on the photo? They replaced only one pair of watches (GMT-Master), where the digital display looks a little better, but still not like on the TD's website. At the same time, Daytona is still the same. I requested a refund.

I will definitely inform you about further changes regarding this order. But, please, write to me about your experience. Was there a similar situation and how did you solve it?

I thought that I would order a watch and receive it as it is shown on the website, but as you can see, this did not happen.

Not to be that guy, but it seems like you didn’t quite know what you were getting into when you ordered the watches.

The pictures you see on the TDs’ websites are often "studio" grade photos taken in perfect lighting, you shouldn’t base your purchases on these pictures. You should check out pictures here on the forum to get a more accurate idea of what to expect before making a purchase.

And remember, you’re buying a replica for 5% of the price of a GEN. There will always be some “flaws.”

I’m not aware of any rules that prohibit you from posting rejected QC photos. And if they’re as bad as you describe, they would definitely be an important part of your review, right?

Daytona: (Said rehuat is not aligned and dial printing font is too bold, rejected for new one)

Then OP got in touch said that we kept sending the first 2 watches QC pretending to new ones??

Anyways, we just tried our best to get this done, but got misunderstood by OP eventually.
But fortunately we have this nice forum to get thing more clear for everyone to know.

BTW OP, your refund will be issued soon as well, before end of this Sunday here.
Thanks for trying to work with us for an order as well, even though it failed eventually.

Respect for everything you have to put up with as sellers in this industry. I would have lost it a long time ago.
