Neil has been an absolute gentleman to deal with. I originally came to him as a noob with inquisitive questions about "the best submariner." He has given me much information to help me with my search. Weeks later, after checking out his smugmug, I decided to reach out to him to ask if he could source me a noob factory v4 pam111. He was very generous to offer me a price match with the price I was getting from the factories...WOW! Along the process, he kept me updated with the progress of sourcing and shipping---despite him being on vacation at the time. If that's not top quality customer service, I honestly don't know what is. Lastly, despite being a TD for the EU, he has agreed to ship to me in the CONUS. I will most likely source the new PP Nautilus from Neil when the factory releases the new Vkf....Neil has my highest endorsement!!
