My new Omega Calibre 1128 GMT movement

In my experience Ebay is full of risks, you often get scammed or end up with junk.

But then there is the occasional gem on the bay! The great product for a good
price that everyone is looking for.

I had one of those this week. See below my brand spanking new Omega Calibre 1128 movement

I am planning to put it into my blue Seamaster GMT with see trough case back. The gen of this model has a calibre 2628 Movement with Co-axial escapement. So not 100 % acccurate , but it is a big improvement compared to the brass colored ETA 2836 that comes standard with this rep. The calibre 1128 is the standard movement of the Black Seamaster GMT with black and silver bezel. But i think this one is way to beautiful to hide behind a solid case back. That's why I am going to put it in my Blue Seamaster GMT! I still need some additional parts like hour wheel, a black on white datewheel, stem and crown. I'll give you guys an update when I have all the parts

A very nice looking movement. Just the rotor alone is a great improvement and good luck with the project. Can't wait to see the end results.

Yes, $260 , not a bad price IMO

It is brand new, never used

The white datewheel, hour wheel and stem will cost an additional $30 + shipping. so the total will be around $300
