Here it is, I'm a little disappointed in it though. There are some nasty smudges inside
the crystal that you would have to pop the case to clean off. Bezel works well, the CG lever is a little lose though. It closes but could be tighter IMO. The lume is very good for an out of the box rep I think. This 252 has a great weight to it and the brushing is well done on the case. the strap is a dual deployant. Sorry bout the bad pics but I wanted you to see the smudges. They are in the last pic between the 9 and 11 markers, underneath the crystal. HELP! Should Angus take care of this (It's brand new) or am I stuck?

Wow, that would annoy me too. Great pics and a great watch though. I would e-mail him or better yet use his live support feature (he absolutely SUCKS at responding to e-mail) and ask him about it. It's not worth sending back but maybe he can refund you $30 or so to have a local watchsmith open it up and remove the smudges.

Great Idea JB, I have emailed but I will talk to him online tonight and see what he will do.
I love the watch and would hate to not have it on the wrist. I was obviously surprised after all the talk about QC and no drop shipping and then this. I wouldn't call it an Ultimate though that's for sure. I have better Marina Militares bought off ebay last year that quality wise that look better than this one does new. Frustrated. :x

There has to be a thread about how to tear down one of these. I took apart my Omega to clean out some dust. 1/2 hour......

Yes hogan, I know what I have to do to get to it but am a little afraid of the 7750 movement, having to pull it you know. It is a very quiet rotor and love the weight of the watch. I will have to do a mod on the CG because it fits the case like dog balls. I think this time I will let someone that knows what their doing fix it. Here it is on the elephant strap,,,,it's new home.

Thanks alwayslate, the sickness only gets worse. :D You will have to do some minor mods to it though. Just because it's the little things (if you're like me) that will drive you insane. My next may be a 127 or a 111. Any suggestions from the crowd here?

Gotz to say Dogma, that is a great looking strap. I forgot you have the 7750. 21J is a little easier to work on.

Yeah but the movement on these is sweet hogan. You would like it. Nice big quiet rotor.

I'm too cheap to up the ante. I'm trying another GMT that is more like an 88, it has the 21J in it. Seems to be a good looking piece.

Thinking about a GMT 63... Clean looking yet retro to wear with a suit.

Gotcha man. Did you get a decent strap on the other Pam yet? Don't make me hunt you down and take you to task over this,,,,LOL.

I sold it. I was on the fence with it and someone else liked it and wanted it. Here ya go!
The 63 is close, but the GMT and seconds hand is wrong. Might bother me over time. The 88 is also very close, just the crystal is a little high and has the see thru back were as the gen does not.

Trust me Hogan, knowone will ever ask to see your caseback. With all the reps I have, I have never been asked to show my caseback. And a lot of people have asked to see the BRs and the Pams, some have even looked at the cases but they don't know your wrong movement from the movement you just had in the sh!tter 15 minutes ago. I'd say the chances are 1 in a million. Your chances are better for lighting to strike you first. Go with the 88.

I agree with what your saying. I might keep the 88, but after seeing DM4's PVD's I really want one of those!!!

Wonder how much $$$ to pvd the 63???? That would make a sharp watch!
