Is the PAM111 V3 Noob, handwinded or automatic?

Well, this is a really noob question ... LOL
But is better ask questions than keep ignorant

Really you should not ask for PAM 111V3 Noob, but just for PAM 111 which is the PAM model. V3 Noob is the "name" of a replica version

Therefore the correct question would be: Is PAM 111 manual or automatic?

Well, if you see a movement without any rotor or similar device to wind the movement in an automatic way, you have a manual winding movement. See some pics on dealers catalogues almost all watches (no PAms) are automatic and you can see all types of rotors to get the winding, by its turning movement, when owner move his arm.
Many PAMs Luminor and Radiomir are manual, is an old style of classical watches and the manual winding is a characteristic of these PAM watches appreciate for Paneristi. Many people don't consider a PAM automatic like a real PAM.
PAM people like have contact everyday with their watches ("babyes") and make the manual winding

Read the PAM GUIDE and you will learn a lot about the wonderful PAM world and its watches.

I was humbly asking, cause i just purchased the PAM111 N V3 Noob from a TD, and he said "You should avoid winding the watch manually. Just let the auto rotor do its job." I already assumed he was most likely mixed up on what watch I purchased, but wanted to make sure without insulting him.

But my original question is, how many rotations should I be winding? I've tried winding it to the point where i feel a lot of resistance, but the power only lasts about 5 hrs.

This movement need about 40-50 complet turns of crown to be full winded
The power reserve should be more than 48 hrs. If not you have an issue to be fixed

Its not right. The 2 is off. I talked to Sead about it today and it appears that several of the watches that Noob factory gave him were off. Sead didn't notice it until I pointed it out to him.

I wouldn't worry about it. Keep the watch. It's a great piece.
