My Grandma wants a PAM

You won't believe it, but my Grandma has expressed interest in getting a Panerai watch. I have been considering purchasing one (a rep) for her 60th birthday. She has seen my 111 and 177 and likes the big dial and numbers. The mechanical movement and most especially the superlume are features which she says she also likes.

Both her and I think 44mm is too large for her wrists.

Any suggestions for a 40mm PAM that fits most of the criteria? I don't have a huge knowledge of all of the PAM models and could not pinpoint a specific model.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks :)

I can actually relate to this. There has been numerous times where people complimented on my pams not because of the brand but because of its great legibility functions.

A lot of elderly with sights not so great anymore.

Cool grandma...! PAM 000 would be perfect if it wasn't for the size.

How about a 42mm Radiomir like PAM 336?

Was watching Beverly Hills Pawn last night and one of the employees had a SS bracelet pam on as far as i could tell. Big watch on her... looked sexy so I'm trying to talk my wife into wearing one. ;)
