My friend bought a 16613lb on eBay and is concerned the bezel insert is aftermarket. Thoughts?

A friend recently got a full kit 16613lb on eBay. He took it to an AD salesman and apparently the AD salesman thought the pip was small. It was "authenticity guaranteed" via a third party from eBay. Thanks for any input

This watch is probably older than the AD salesman. I bet he’s never seen one of these in his life. Ha. At best he’s probably seen a ceramic submarine for about 5mins as he was handing it over to the paying customer.

Couldn't tell if it was a holes case or not. Either way it's a nice piece
