That's just bad luck mate. I've bought going on for a hundred watches (including a few from Trusty) and have never had anything like that happen!!!! Good look sorting it as per the advice advice.
I...or will it void my warranty with trusty?
Andrew from trustytime replied saying I accepted the qc photos and to fix it with loctite glue. He was so friendly and helpful pre-sale. He's a bit more direct post sale . Regarding the qc photos which I did accept, the bracelet had the plastic film over it so it was impossible to tell that the screw pins might be loose. I feel he is passing the blame on to me?
Is using glue seriously a respectable thing to do?

I've emailed Andrew and am awaiting a response. If I order a 1.4mm Bergeon screwdriver can I easily fix this myself following a youtube video or will it void my warranty with trusty?
I see Andrew is replacing complete bracelet for you so everything is now A OK !!! However yes he serious about the GLUE ! Your bracelet is an easy DIY fix using the correct sized jewellers screwdriver . When you replace the screws you add a miniscule amount of LOCTITE 242 Thread Lock ! This will stop the screws working loose and the glue is easily softened using hot ( Very) water or other heat source should you need to resize the bracelet at a later date . As for respectable i believe Rolex LOCTITE the screws on genuine watches .

You are on the right track. Buy very good tools. Cheap tools are expensive when you ruin your bracelet.
You can use the removable loctite. It is blue in color.
