I am reaching out to you through the forum because my attempts to contact you via WhatsApp and [email protected]
have not received a response.

I would like to request an update on the status of my order.

On March 8, 2024, I ordered and paid for a Rolex Milgauss 116400GV Z-Blue GMF. I received confirmation that the payment was received and the watch would be ordered.

On March 26, 2024, I inquired about my order and was informed that the watch had arrived two days earlier and would be sent to a watchmaker for inspection. On the same day, I received photos of the watch that was sent for checking, and we confirmed the shipping address.

I was supposed to receive the tracking information on March 27, 2024, as soon as possible.

Could you please clarify the current status of my order and let me know at which stage it is now?
I would appreciate any information you can provide regarding the progress of my purchase.

I wanted to share an update regarding my recent experience with Lucy. She responded to my inquiry and, as always, demonstrated her responsibility and commitment.

Lucy informed me that she had returned my watch to BPF/GMF twice to ensure that the glass was correct. Despite the delays, she was thorough in checking and confirming the watch's quality. She explained that all versions from BPF/GMF are the same and that I received the correct version.

There were some delays in shipping due to customs issues and recent raids that affected shipments to my country. However, Lucy's postman confirmed that the situation has improved, and recent batches have passed customs safely.

Lucy also mentioned that she will take new photos of the watch for me to confirm and, if everything is fine, she will ship it within the next two days.

For those who might be worried, there's no need to stress. Lucy's excellent reputation on the forum speaks for itself, and she always handles things responsibly. I definitely still want the watch and appreciate Lucy's diligence.
