Hello everyone, I'll update you on the progress of my first purchase.

On March 8, 2024, I ordered and paid for a Rolex Milgauss 116400GV Z-Blue GMF. I got a confirmation that the money was received and the watch would be ordered.

On March 26, 2024, I asked about my order. I was told that the watch had arrived two days earlier and it would be sent to a watchmaker for inspection.

On the same day, March 26, I received photos of the watch that was sent to the watchmaker for checking. We also confirmed the shipping address.

I was supposed to receive the tracking information on March 27, 2024, as soon as possible.

On March 31, 2024, I mentioned that I didn't see the green tint in the glass and was told it might be because of the lighting in the photos. They said Lucy would send me new photos within two days.

I've been waiting for an update since then.
Yes, I know, I noticed the color of the glass a day after receiving the photos.

I wanted to share an update regarding my recent experience with Lucy. She responded to my inquiry and, as always, demonstrated her responsibility and commitment.

Lucy informed me that she had returned my watch to BPF/GMF twice to ensure that the glass was correct. Despite the delays, she was thorough in checking and confirming the watch's quality. She explained that all versions from BPF/GMF are the same and that I received the correct version.

There were some delays in shipping due to customs issues and recent raids that affected shipments to my country. However, Lucy's postman confirmed that the situation has improved, and recent batches have passed customs safely.

Lucy also mentioned that she will take new photos of the watch for me to confirm and, if everything is fine, she will ship it within the next two days.

For those who might be worried, there's no need to stress. Lucy's excellent reputation on the forum speaks for itself, and she always handles things responsibly. I definitely still want the watch and appreciate Lucy's diligence.

I really hope this experience doesn’t steer you away from this hobby. 6-7 months for a watch is not the norm. But unfortunately, it can happen..

The peace of mind with buying from a TD is that you almost always get your watch in the end (or your money back). Hope it gets sorted out for you soon!

It's 4 months after payment for me and still no QC. I saw her post recently about a new promotion which is frustrating. Idec if my money is gone, but blatantly ignoring messages for months is no way to treat repeat customers.
