06/9/22 : QC pictured received for box and 126610LN VSF, approved
13/9/22 : Ordered #100259204 (SUBMARINER 41MM 126610 LV KERMIT 904L STEEL VSF 1:1 BEST EDITION VS3235)

15/9/22 : QC pictured received for 126000 JDF, approved
16/9/22 : QC pictured received 126610LV VSF, approved
19/9/22 : Received tracking for both order
29/9/22 : Tracking status remain the same as, "Estimated Flight Arrival 22/9/22 to my country", yet unable to further track through local courier agent still

Please help on this PT, getting nervous/anxious of no status.

Any advise will help for a newbie here.

Relax, all TD have secured ways in which they take out the goods from mainland China, it will be updated once it lands / arrives on the continent (EU-US-Etc)
This is a standard procedure for all TD's shipping out from China

There are a few shipments which were shipped around 18th-19th to your country are being held and at the same situation. We will push shipping company to find out what's happening and hopefully it can be updated soon

Hi PT,

Last Friday 7th Oct, I went to check with the local courier service Gdex office based on the waybills #MY82204215536 & #MY82204215562, they have notified that the parcel is never handover to them and in the system no trace that it has landed in the country. I further make my way to the Air Cargo Custom to check incoming records based on the waybills, recipient name/hp etc, it show empty record.
There is no record/trace that it has enter the country custom.
I believe that based on the above, the parcel never leave China or it went missing during shipment from China.
Please expedite from your side, there is nothing much I can do apart from waiting for your next course of action.
Seems like my first experience of buying have gotten me a nightmare.

As of today, the tracking number provided on the website, no longer able to track. If click through your website service, it shows “Expired”.
May I know, what is your next course of action, apart from asking us to wait endlessly without offering any workable solid solution.

The shipping company also needs to wait for news. We know it's a long time but the problem is the package might probably will be delivered. But they say if there won't be any updated from the courier side until next month, we will start to reship it from our side.
