My first rep, or how I learned to stop worrying and love noob's 372...

It's scary how good a copy this watch is. Except for the movement, which wouldn't fool a blind man. I'm getting a solid back from Davidson to fix that. Grease the seals and I'll have a a fine beater watch. Or maybe a fine watch period. It's too nice to be a beater.

Got mine 372 two weeks ago. I love it too. Movement especially the made/3000 embossing and the strap could be better. Have a lot of fun with yours!

I own two of these and the open case back doesnt bother me at all. Sure, its far from gen but it looks quite nice when you look at it. But I guess with a custom closed case back it will be really gen like since it is many gen owners that do that kind of mod.

I like how the solid back brings it closer to the 6152 it's based on. And I like the idea of making this into a good beat her watch, it's perfect for that. Not expensive, but not cheap either, with a plastic crystal, solid back and tough leather strap.

Love my Noob 372 with Bosphorus Strap Desert02 with Solid caseback. This watch will never go out of style. I even bought a spare on here M2M for movement parts incase of break down. I will never sell this one.

Lets see this thing Sir... The solid caseback really gives it a unique feel and something you modded yourself feels a bit better on the wrist. IMO

How much was the solid back? Was it difficult to mod? And what is the big difference of the movement's look from the rep to gen? Everyone seems to be really repelled by it. I'm no watch expert...but really can someone show the major design flaw differences? Pretty watch. Thinking of getting my first as well.

No, I used the same gasket. I just don't go into water. I don't see how it could not be water proof using the same gasket. just my opinion.
