A little on QC pics.
QC pics are to satisfy YOU that the watch is OK to YOUR standards, that there are no crooked indices, missing lume, offset chrono hands etc. QC pics are not for picking tells or things that are present in every example of a model such as spelling errors, happy feet, wrong lume colour etc. These...

What to look for?
Hour marker alignments, alignments of logos and text, spelling errors, bezel alignment etc.
Basically, you should be looking for any extreme defects. But try to be relaxed on very small, microscopic imperfections that will never be visible when on your wrist. For me, as an OCD-impaired person, it's not easy to do so, but I have yet to be disappointed after green-lighting a watch with small imperfections.
Keep in mind that we are looking at replicas and not at the real thing. Plus, genuine watches can have imperfections too, so it's borderline-insane to put reps to a higher standard than gens.

I always have this kind of (need) emergency when I hear the word diamond watch. (At least for men's watches)I understand. A different kind of "emergency", apparently.
