I was sent a watch with a clearly defective rotating bezel that hadn't been caught in QC. But that didn't bother me as much as the owner's response when I reached out: "Glue it down," I was told, with no offer of a replacement or repair, and complete indifference for his customer. I took the bezel off and found the insert had been installed backwards. Those things happen, I understand. But beware that apparently TrustyTime's policy these days is to not back up quality of product, and shrug off any problems after delivery.

Hi,

If there are any issues, I will always ask for it to be shipped back to be repaired.

You have three posts. The first one was of you panicking over a purchase with Ryan at inTime four years ago, now this.

You clearly have been around for a while and this is what you're here in RWI for?

Andrew is a TD for a reason. Something must be missing from this whole thing.

I don’t think you even know the terms for what you said was installed backwards. The INSERT of the bezel is the thing that has the numbers. If you ask a question and use the wrong phrases and you get mad at the response don’t blame anyone but yourself.
