I was sent a watch with a clearly defective rotating bezel that hadn't been caught in QC. But that didn't bother me as much as the owner's response when I reached out: "Glue it down," I was told, with no offer of a replacement or repair, and complete indifference for his customer. I took the bezel off and found the insert had been installed backwards. Those things happen, I understand. But beware that apparently TrustyTime's policy these days is to not back up quality of product, and shrug off any problems after delivery.
