Just put in my order for a AP Royal Oak 15500 ZF V3 Blue. I'm waiting for QC pictures. As soon as i receive i will post here so that fellow watch enthusiasts can provide feedback. This is my first time buying a REP watch and i would appreciate any help from your folk. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone,
I finally received the QC pics from the supplier. Please see below pictures. First thing i noticed was that the nuts/screws on the face and on the back are not symmetrical. From my understanding this is not common at all. Can someone please confirm? Also i uploaded a picture of the side as well. Right next to the AP screw there appears to be some blemishes. Is it a common practice to ask supplier to address these issues?

Scrap that just saw its ZF. It’s not their best work that’s for sure. The deco bezel screws are a main feature of this watch. Misalignment is due course for rejection in my book. 1’oclock and 7oclock positions need much closer inspection.

That's what i thought that they would focus most on these decorative screws, because they are the biggest part of aesthetic for these watches. When i reject the order, does it get sent back to the factory to address these issues on the same watch or they will reorder for another piece. Was wondering if you would know.

Update: Since rejecting the first QC i still haven't received QC for the next watch yet. I got a response from QC team today saying "New batch hasn't been released yet ,do you like to select another Maker instead of ZF".

Anyone know what do they mean by that ?

ZF has longer delivery time now. We may need to wait more time until they can supply new stocks of this watch you ordered.
