Hi,

Just received my first PAM, a 111H, so wanted to share!

As my first one, I went for the cheaper end of the market (hey, I can always mod..!), but first impressions have been great. Arrived from Timesshop.net in about 3 weeks with no problems (pretty good to S. America!)

As a watch, it is really impressive, but also understated, I have already had good comments from people (but I'm preaching to the choir here, right?)

I knew that it would have some flaws - the cannon pin is recessed, and the cg pin is rounded and recessed (but an easy fix when I get round to it). Also the strap is poor, but a good reason to get browsing on panatime!!

My first impressions are that it is a great rep for the money, the AR is very blue, and the crown and crown lever seem a bit loose when open (but are fine when closed) - but the dial is actually better than I expected. The lume is pretty poor, but could be worse. Anyway, here are some pictures...

i was looking for a nice entry PAM.
And timesshops one wasn't half bad for the price. ($68?)

Do you have pics of the case back?
Your AR pic doesn't seem to be loading... :)

Hi Automatics, it was this one at $98

I think it is the same as Robert at Time4Direct had on offer.
I have real problems with photos, I have tried reloading the AR photo twice under different names, but when I post it adds a space in the http address for some reason - if you get rid of the space you should be able to load the pic.

"First Pam......mark my words it will NOT be your last."

I get the feeling you could be right - I really like the 090s, and the Submersibles, and the Radomirs.... <sigh>
