Hi Guys,
I've just got the pictures of my first PAM 217 The Ultimate Destro by Davidsen. He’s been making it for me. What do you think about it guys?
Any advices are warmly welcomed. Thanks :)

Hey...
Lefty looks GREAT! Couldn;t tell from the pics but does it have AR coating on the crystal? I'm a newie & have been studying the posts for a while & am looking at buying a "127". Davidsen's name keeps coming up......Was your new "toy" exy?
Enjoy it though...I love the hand wound Panerais.

I guess it's got sapphire with AR coating, also I asked him and he confirmed it. I ordered the ultimate pam 217 as advertised in his section "The Ultimate 217" (see "http://forum.replica-watch.info/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=27857" and the specs). Can't wait to have it on my wrist. The price is a little bit ... ummm US$410 for "swiss H movement with dagger functional swan neck". I'll post some pics when I get it. A question how to put the pictures directly and not as a links to a photobucket web page?

...and it comes with one of the last H-series ETA 6497-1 mov'ts DSN has available - definitely a bonus, as many dealers already ceased to offer watches powered with these mov'ts.

I wouldn't even blink if I were you, go for it mate! :)

Yes, I already ordered this one. Davidsen is just changing the case for I spotted a little brownish spot at 8 o'clock on the case. Maybe I'm just imagining it. He's a nice enough guy to take care about it, I hope.

NOt Ultimate in my books...

No doubt ETA but with the upside down OP at the back no way is that Ultimate.

We want everything that looks like the Gen and with the upside down OP its just wrong.

Easy brudda, he's at least getting Swiss ETA 6497...all the ones with the correct destro txt orientation on the main bridge are Asians...:)

Until we see Swiss ETA H-series with correct orientation - neither of these will be ultimate, and I doubt we'll see it in the future.

Nah bro, definitely not dousing his fire as this is a great piece he chose. :)

My comment is reserved for the dealers who keep tells that they have the ultimate piece going by Looks when in fact they're not...

Swiss is always the best and you know i'm one who wants only the best. However for the sake of getting the reps closest to Gen we sometimes have to sacrifice the Swiss for asian movts.

So to me when dealers meant ultimate, i judge them by how close they look compared to Gens. :)
