I first made contact with Steve on the 10th of December, enquiring about a V7F IWC Mark XVIII. They responded very quickly with their price, payment info etc. Later that day I asked to add the new titanium Omega world timer from VSF. The deposit was paid for both that same day.
12/12/2023 - QC for the Omega were sent over to me. I gave it the green light, remainder paid. In my excitement I asked them to send this watch separately as there was a chance I could be waiting a week or two for the other QC's.
15/12/2023 - Tracking for Omega received.
16/12/2023 - QC photos for the IWC were sent over
. Patience really is a virtue! I have given the green light and remainder will be paid today. I guess two shipping costs is a small price to pay.
So far so good. There's always a bit of apprehension when you buy from a new dealer for the first time, as you're stepping into the unknown. But I've had none of that this time around. I've had very quick responses and they helped resolve a payment issue, as my bank was being funny. Looking forward to receiving the watches!
