My first order with JTIME review and progress report

Hello all,

I know a lot of other have posted with thier first order and buying process with a TD but I thought I would as my experience to ensure we keep up to date reviews of TD's.

July 4th 2024 Reached out via Whatsapp to Li regarding buying the Submariner 41mm 126610 LN VSF.

July 5th he responded with pricing including shipping (im in Canada) I asked about shipping times and how long QC takes.

July 6th he responded with answers.

July 10th I placed order through thier webside https://jtime.io

July 11th he confirmed receipt of order and asked me to arrange payment, I decided to use wise and funded it though email money transfer as fee seemed reasonable.

July 12th Li confirmed receipt of payment through wise and explained that Lana would be reaching out in 5-10 business days for qc review.

I will continue to update until the end and show product once received, cheers.

Most of the information you need to know to start is there. If you're preparing to buy, read the stickies before ordering. When you're finished, you can continue learning by reading the stickies in all remaining sections. If it's stickied, it's important information.

If you intend to sell, read the sales rules and all stickies in the sales section with particular care and make sure you understand each single rule. Sales rules infraction is taken very seriously here. As a new member you are not eligible to sell. Using the sales section is a privilege, eligibility must be earned, make sure you know and understand how.

For anything else, feel free to reach out to @eBoy or me, we're happy to assist, advise, direct, explain. Don't hesitate.

Quick update received QC from Lana July 15th, product looks good. Next step is shipping I'll let you guys know when received and upload pictures.

Thanks for your post. I'm a 1st time buyer too and just about ready to buy from Jtime. I've had very quick response from Li: He sent me QC pics from a previous sale of model that's not on their website. I hope it goes well like your experience. I'm in Canada too, just curious: what shipping company did you choose ? Thanks.

Hey olpercy ya was my first purchase but actually really happy with my purchase enjoying the watch, so as far as shipping li set it up. But had no issues.

I've had nothing but issues.

I placed my order on July 13th, paid extra for DHL Express.

Was contacted by Ji on the 14th to confirm they had received BitCoin transfer and paymetn

Contacted them on the 24th to ask for status update and for a tracking number

Received a tracking number to "17Track", the tracking number is clearly not a DHL but whatever

The Tracking Number website just shows an error when I try to use it "The carrier has not updated the information or try switching carrier and then check again."

it's now the 9th of August, the tracking website still has the same error "The carrier has not updated the information or try switching carrier and then check again."

Every time I contact Ji on WhatsApp I'm told "Not to worry, watch has shipped"

I asked how long it normally trakes to received a watch after ordering I was told "2 weeks", this was 3 weeks after I orderd,



So far, I paid for a DHL express but was given a random Chinese shipment number for 17Track "YTXXXXXX". The tracking website has no carrier information whatsoever, even 2 weeks after I was given the tracking number.

I was told it takes 2 weeks but it's been over 3 weeks and no sign of the watch.

I'll continue to provide updates but so far it's been a crappy experience with JLTime and I couldn't recommend them to anyone.

Who did you order from, never heard of JLTime (only JTime).

Also the correct person's name is Li not Ji.
