Hi.

I have been recommended this forum by a frind of mine whs is a recplica collector. His has got an $120 Panerai Ferarri (red) with black leather strap.
The finish is AWSOME. So I ordered an PAM 048 from Watch Eden.
It looks nice on the site with those high res (kind of) pictures.
But the photos does not reveal the finish and polish of the steel.
What can I expect?

Like this image of a real PAM 048 or as my friends Ferrari PAM, which is awsome.

I'm adding Watch Edens watch as a comparison.

Anyone know?

Thanx, Zeb

Well it's at the cheaper end of the replica spectrum so it's not up to the more recent Panerai replicas. You will want to change the strap almost immediately because it will be like plastic. Not very good, a decent strap will change any Pam rep from poor to good.

I do not care much about the quality about the movement, just the look of the watch. I use it as a fashion accessory.
Do I have to purchase more expensive watches with better movement just to get better finish? My friends Ferrari PAM looks just awsome, both the case AND the strap. And it's over 2years old.

Well fair enough then, however it would never ever pass as a real Panerai to anyone who knows about them.

The new Panerai from H-Factory and Noobfactory are in the $250-$350 price range and are very very good quality and accuracy. But it's up to you, if it's just a fashion accessory then buy whatever makes you happy.

I have read about noob factory and H-factory on this forum but can't find any labels on any online stores on which models that is made at those factories.
I wanted a PAM048 and could't find any other.
Any tips? And do you know where I can by rep straps seprately?
I have read the FAQ but didn't find any info on this matter.

Btw: this is a typical comment at the forum
"anything from the h-factory or the new noob pams look good"
but I don't know how to use that info :(

Noob in my world meen "Begginner".... not a quality label at a factory.
