To be honest, it took much longer than I expected but at the end I am very happy because I have finally received the watches and they look great.
Long story short. I oreded a Tag Heure which was supposed to be in stock. After I paid for it, Lucy told me that there was a mistake because this watch was no longer in stock.
I refused to buy another one so I wait for a month or so. Lucy kept on sending me photos of the very same watch but with a ceramic band instead of a rubber one. I decided to wait, and in the meantime every now and then Lucy stop answering but she always replied back eventually.
I must say that every time she stop asnwering I got upsed becuase I thought I got scammed, but Lucy always eventually reply and explained that there were some troubles in China and for that reason the factories stop working.
Anyways, eventually I decided not to wait any longer and I order a Panerais watch instead. When Lucy was about to ship it, she told me that she got the Tag Heure I wanted with the rubber band. I hesitated but I decided to pay also for that second watch.
Once she was about to ship both watches, I asked Lucy whehter she could get me a spare leather band for the Panerai. She told me that yes, and it took another month or so between she send me pictures of the leather, I chose, and eventutally the band was produced.
The shipment was pretty fast from China to Germany and from Germany to Spain, altoghether 2 weeks and a half.
The whole process took a long time (6 months) because of all the delayes I explained earlier and Christmas in between. However, Lucy always reply wiith nice words and I can say that she is very professional.
I am no expert but the watches look really nice and in my opinion looks of high quality. I will definetley buy another watch in the next months and I will buy it from Lucy. ;-)
