I made my first order at Puretime on 10/09/2023. I paid $363 for Day Date II SS include DHL shipping fee. The shipment was sent wrong address and got returned to sender on 10/23/2023. I live in Las Vegas but somehow they sent the shipment to New Jersey. I notified Puretime about this problem couples of time but I never get any reply back from them. what should I do now?

I made mistake on the order, one the order is duplicated. The order #1343 is duplicate order of the #1342. Can you please cancel the order #1343 and process only #1342. Thank you very much.
The website dud not give me any messages after I paid I thought the transaction did not go through so I had to do same transaction again. It end up getting 2 duplicated orders. I hope you can take care of this problem. Thank you very much.
