My first Jtime purchase, but not my first rep purchase

I highly recommend Jtime for anyone looking for a quality rep and great customer service. I've purchased from a couple of other TDs in the past, and though I've never had an issue, I decided to check out Jtime based on all of the great reviews that I've seen as I was researching a couple of specific watches.

Their website is easy to use and gives you the ability to create a wishlist, because we all have more than one rep in mind. Li was very responsive to questions throughout the buying process, and I always received a reply the same day. I've also been impressed by how quickly my order has progressed. I ordered two watches on Fri, paid for them on Sat, received QC pics for the first watch on Mon and the second watch on Tue. They were very thorough, and I couldn't be happier with them. I can only hope that my luck continues and there are no shipping delays.

If you're nervous about your first rep or confident buying your fifth, I think you'll be impressed with the customer service at Jtime.

I've said it earlier, but I wanted to reiterate that I'd recommend Jtime without hesitation. I've had good experiences with other TDs, but this was my first purchase from JTime.
I've already mentioned the great customer service before the sale, so I wanted to mention something new since my watches arrived today. They look great by the way.

I was really impressed by how fast my order arrived, especially since I'm in Hawaii and everything has to go to the US mainland first. It only took 2 weeks from the day the shipping label was created (30 Apr) to the day it arrived (14 May). This seems unusually fast. I've read that people sometimes wait weeks without hearing a word about their order, so I feel like I got lucky.

Not only did the package arrived quickly, but it did so despite COVID lockdowns, one of the biggest annual holidays in China, and who knows how many other things that slow things down with packages coming out of Asia.

There's some great TDs out there, but if you're nervous or have any hesitations about buying a rep, then checkout Jtime. They'll promptly answer any questions you might have, and you'll be enjoying your new watch soon.
