I would say get the 382. It's the quintessential bronzo Pam and the quality is really good. : )

If you like your bronze with some verdigris, looking like you spend all your life at sea or on the beach, a green dial might pop better with that look. The blue is for landlubbers. Again, this is all totally subjective. Go with your gut.

The PAM671 is a bit thinner because of the P.9010 movement on the gen, which requires a thinner case, and the rep copies that.

I agree with hyjynx

If you love green dial so go for the 382 if you love blue dial go for the 671

If you are looking for perfection so I think 382 will be your option because this one have gone all the road with several versions and latest one from VS is almost perfect

On the other hand 671 is the first version and there will be several reales to enhance it

XF 671 is already V2 afaik, at least mine is a V2 (dot size)

I assume 671 will be easier to service on your own in the long run when it eventually breaks down, since it's just a 7750 movement with a plate glued on.
VS 382's clone movement will probably be awkward to replace or fix if broken.
