Where do I even start? Ryan is the most professional, attentive dealer I have ever done business with. Let me break down this purchase so you can get a better understanding of how truly amazing his services are.
I ordered an AP ROO Safari for Christmas from Ryan in late November. I was first blown away when the watch arrived in 3 business days. I've waited weeks for watches and paid more for shipping in the past. Unfortunately, when I opened the package the watch was DOA. What a bummer!
I contacted Ryan and he was more than understanding and cooperative unlike other dealers who rather not remedy the problem. He then retrieved a new watch from the factory the next day and had a QC video waiting for me in my PM box! Unfortunately the video revealed a serious flaw on the dial and I notified him of it and he agreed that it was not acceptable. That was the last stock the factory had at the time so I had to wait until new stock was available.
In the meantime I shipped the defective watch back to him which arrived in roughly one weeks time. Throughout the whole process he kept excellent communication and was actively checking on the status of the returned watch. I was given a refund for my return shipping costs which I promptly put towards a new PAM 111N. I was so confident in his services that I had no problem buying another watch to hold me over until my new Safari was available. Like always after giving the QC the green light the watch arrived in 3 business days. Absolutely beautiful and in perfect working order!
When he received the defective watch he sent me QC for two new Safaris for me to pick from. After giving the green light the watch showed up again in 3 business days! Happy to report it arrived in working order! The watch is absolutely beautiful!
I hope this will show how truly phenomenal Ryan is. Any dealer can get you a watch; how they deal with a problem or issue is what really sets them apart from the others.
