Here are my experiences with Trustytime and Andrew in particular.
I started ordering watches from Trustytime in December as a newbie. I have ordered the following watches:
ZZF V3 Submariner, BPF Nautilus, VSF Hulk, VSF 41mm Submariner.
In addition to an average delivery time of 25 days to Switzerland (which is not in the EU, i.e. without triangle time), I have to state the following:
- Only a few hours until bank details were transmitted
- Only a few hours until payment is confirmed
- Maximum 3 days until QC received pictures (there was never anything to complain about)
- Advice on strengths / weaknesses of some models
- Advice and assistance with payment methods (I struggled, it was up to me the 1st time)
- Flexibility: I ordered and paid for an ARF, and then changed before the QC images. Price difference was repaid and order adjusted
Conclusion:
Thanks Andrew, never change a running system.
