My latest addition to my watch collection is the Rolex Sea-Dweller 'Deep Sea', my second purchase from Ctime. My initial acquisition was a Rolex Sea-Dweller 126600, also sourced from Clean Factory. This time, I requested that Ctime also include a bracelet screw pin for my 126600 Sea-Dweller. As anticipated, the entire process, from the credit card transaction to delivery, was exceptionally smooth.

Once again, I was in contact with Liana via WhatsApp. Her exceptional assistance and patience were invaluable, as she patiently answered all my queries and addressed my concerns. Her professional yet friendly approach immediately alleviated any doubts or worries I may have had.

12th November:
  • Order placed and payment confirmed.
17th November:
  • Received 11 quality control photographs and 2 videos of the watch from Ctime.
21st November:
  • Ctime received the bracelet screw pin from C Factory.
  • Three photographs were sent to the customer for confirmation.
23rd November:
  • Both the watch and the screw pin were dispatched.
  • A tracking number was provided.
25th November:
  • Tracking information was updated in the system.
29th November:
  • The parcel arrived.
  • Both the watch and bracelet pin were received in good condition and as per the order.
