My current base PAM collection

I really wanted to share some photos of my current project/builds I've been working on with the family here on the darkside . Yesterday my order from DSN finally came in with the requests I had for the 201A and the pre-A 009 dials. I know the C3 lume isnt accurate at all for these dials, but I really didnt want the vintage color DSN had to offer. He definitely accommodated all of my requests and is an outstanding dealer to work with. I cannot wait to finish these up and then start on new projects.

I'm thinking about adding a DSN 10D to the collection as well. Just not sure I want to assemble another complete watch just yet, that and I dont have another Angus ultimate CG.

If you are curious about the parts used:
pre-V 5218-201A - Standard rep case and crown, AR removed and crystal repressed, V crown guard(kostas RWG), DSN dial/hands/caseback, tall CP

pre-A 009 - Standard rep case and crown, AR removed and crystal repressed, Angus crownguard from his 001B ultiamte, DSN dial/hands/caseback, tall CP

Of particular nice to me is base dial "Luminor Panerai"

Klink - Yes I have to say this is way too fun of a hobby. I'm actually looking forward to modding an SSD V2 when I get the chance to study up on it a bit more.

Actually once I figure out which paints to get and mix with noctilume for a faint glow I'll be giving a shot at painting/luming these dials to replace the current ones. I'm not a big fan of the super vintage looking dial indicies, but what I'm trying to get is the ivory colored dials of these two models.

Once I actually man up to the challenge I'll definitely give it a try...Otherwise I'm going to hold my breath that ziggy can vintage lume it even though I'm not a client of his .

Which one is this.. THe V5218 - 201A or is it a A009..
It has the best crown guard I've ever seen on rep..

Looking at those pics makes me want build my own Pannie. That would be a lot of fun...Very nice pics btw.

Not being a Pam expert when you refer to a "standard rep case," does that refer to any case other than Davidsen's???

Cybee - The cases I have are exactly what you said, cases and crowns that davidsen doesnt offer.

Awesome collection. Those are among my favorites, along with the 002/112. I agree on the ivory color, I don't like the green tint on some.
