Hello fellow RWI members and today I want to share my experience buying IWC Mk.XVII Le Petit Prince XF from Trustytime ttw-1388
After I saw Andrew put this watch on his website and he told that he got a special price for this one ($228 vs $288 from another) I'm very interested and I have research for months and got a conclusion which is the MK version is the best but for $100 less I'll go for XF version from Andrew.
First I have e-mail him for stock check and he reply within 10 minute later. Next morning I make an order through his website using my VISA.
Everything went smoothly the credit card pay in CNY and he charge 5% more for currency risk. Which is acceptable because he run a $15 per watch discount code.
He sent me the QC pics that night and I accepted it the watch leave China on Tuesday and arrived in BKK on Thursday. Took 2 days because Friday is holiday and finally I received a watch on Saturday (I live in Chiang Mai).
The watch is magnificent and the dial is very nice if you look straight at it you will see a flat matte nnavy blue and when it saw a light in some angle it will show a sun burst effect. The strap look darker than the photo but overall it worth more than you pay for it.
