While the case shape isn't exactly accurate, it's encouraging to see the progress we're making towards having complete gold replica parts. Hopefully, with time, they will be able to refine the case profile.

The prices on these are like 10k, if they can't get the case shape right, what's the point of buying it?
There's also like a 90% chance you cut that in half it would be tungsten core sold as "solid gold".
I think you should consider going gen if 100% accuracy is so very important to you. According to the latest spot price, this case and bracelet set would run you around 8k USD and they’re charging a fair markup considering the cost of machining and labour (far less than the markup Rolex charges btw). Why is it so cheap? *it’s still a rep case and bracelet*
Also, I wonder what you’re basing your accusations of the usage of a tungsten core on. Ctime is a trusted dealer here who has been thoroughly vetted an approved by our hardworking moderators. Seriously, if you’re not happy with the leaps and bounds in which reps have progressed in the past few years, I think you should stick to buying your solid 18k gold pieces from your local AD instead of making unfounded accusations and hurling petty insults against a valuable trusted dealer who is just sharing their wares. Pathetic.
Because faking gold is a bigger industry than reps. Also, basically every TD here has sold fake 904L before as confirmed on this forum many many many times over the years, as well as wrapped gold subs that didn't even test positive for gold. Your point is irrelevant. TDs are trustworthy enough, but that doesn't mean you have to extend your trust to every supplier and manufacturer they work with. This is a criminal industry, fair or not, and you're saying you find it outlandish that crime would be committed? I bet you believe the "waterproofed 100m" claims too, right?

Do buyers have protection for high value TD based sales? Let's say someone bought the solid gold rep, had it professionally tested, determined it wasn't solid gold, perhaps even cut into it to confirm, and showed all of this to RWI, would RWI protect the buyer like they do for m2m and normal TD sales?
