Movements

Hi guys, i am wondering would it possible to install a new movement in a watch? The watch i am having right now while it is pleasing to the eyes, the movement kinda sucks. I am having a submersible amagnetic. Kindly advise me on this. Thanks guys...

did they make a good rep of this one then?? if its a 21j movement it shouldnt be too much of a problem
