there are various movements on the market which can substitute ETA and Asian Clone
Why reps only focus on these 2 types of movements?
i found Seiko, Citizen can also be alternative choices
is it because of the reliability, production cost, or other facts that reps stick with ETA and Asian Clone movements?

thanks for helping

I believe the Janpanese made automatic movements (Seiko, Citizen, Orient, etc) are pretty tightly controlled by those companies. In other words, they aren't being made specifically to be sold to other companies.
ETA (and of course the Chinese clone movements) are not brand-specific, but are made to be sold on the open market to (almost) anyone who wants to use them in a watch. Therefore, they are cheap and easy to get.
The Japanese movements are made in Japan and all production is accounted for and is shipped only to the watch manufacturer. There is no way to produce extras for sale in the open market without losing the production contract and being sued.

I hope that clears it up, and that nobody figures out I just made all that up off the top of my head!

the gen seiko 7S26A/7S25B are sold at $12 in asia and it's a whole watch instead of the movement alone.
some various models are sold at affordable price as well.
will it be possible to swap the ETA and Asian clones for reps?

Then you would have to take the "swiss" out of the advertising. Even though they are not swiss made. The clones look like Eta movements so the deceit factor to the unwary is greater. Makes the reps more desirable to have a swiss designation.

How was that answer LM?
