Movement, stem removing?

Hey Guys,

Thanks to the perfect tutorial threads here on the forum I decided to try to
build my franken PO42mm with my own hands. Theoretically I know almost
every step but I do not know how to remove the stem from the movement and from the crown.
Could you expert guys help me with this?

There is a little button you depress next to the stem. Press down and pull out at the same time. Don't press too hard

To remove the stem from the crown, get a set of lock pliers and grab a hold of the stem. Get another one on the crown and start twisting. protect the parts with some cloth while gripping
