Can this movement be serviced/ are there replacement parts and movements available?
In the past I have tried to stick to Reps with rep ETA movements for ease of repair.

I'm curious myself and wanting to know which ETA movement(s) will fit into these ceramic cases.

There is a detailed breakdown here, the V2 in your link is the same just with all black movements.

Two different movements. The one from the sale is a standard A7750, the VSF is a superclone movement. The A7750 is serviceable as parts are readily available.

Are there replacement VSF Superclone P.9001/B movements for sale?
Do oem Panerai parts fit and are they available to independent watch repair shops?

Yes, it is very reparable and replaceable. It's also a super simple and durable movement.
