Movement identification

Greetings friends,

I need to change the movement on this cheapish Rolex Milgauss , see photos attached. I need to find a better up market movement to replace it with and one that has the dial feet corresponding to this cheap one, also I need a no date replacement.

I've never done it myself, but if it's a standard three-hand or two hand setup then from what I've read a miyota is a direct swap in.
