Movement ID and help

Anyone know what movement this is and where the stem release button is?

Does it ?

I looks like a Seiko movement to me as it has the magic pawl levers on it.

If you look at my photo, the stem release is directly under the "i" in reduction (the top one)

It looks similar but the release button isn't there!
