In my opinion allover it is damn near to the gen.

Compared to the movement of my gen 111 f-series you can recognize the tells.
But honestly who has those comparing options :maty:

nope it is engraved on the rep movement...

Hmmm i can see a possible mod there, changing the color of the paint.

I just noticed the black reflect you pointed out... Its really close this time, great job from noob factory, again!

Really close!
But still the biggest tell is the Y shape on the Incabloc.
Francisco made a tuto to modify that but I don't understand why the factory don't built it in.

Because if they no tells at all Panerai get even more angry. As it is now there is just enough to tell a knowledgeable person (eg: an AD) it's a rep.

Except for some of the "old" DSN movements ;)
Here is mine from DSN ( I have several with the Y shaped incabloc from him )

Panerai OP X/XI movement (modified UNITAS 6497) has a Y shaped incabloc shock protection system, most rep 6497 don´t

the new movements look great, much better than they used to.
back in the day we had these little plates that were attached to the movements and were not very accurate.
