More Pics... Arktos 092

After reading all previous reviews on the Ultimate 092 (incl. the one by taiji at http://forum.replica-watch.info/forum/viewtopic.php?t=29738 which inspired me to pull this trigger), my order of this baby finally arrived!

Just a few pics to share.

(Pardon for the horrible pictures taken. These are the best I can do for now with a FinePix camera...)

I just love the stealthy look of the hands. Also, as mentioned in all previous reviews, the CG needs some retouching. It looks horrible!

The AR. It's not as much AR as the DSN marina, but still obvious in the light.

Again, the CG and the crown. This could use a palp or gen crown for mods.

The wrong caseback. Nevertheless, unless you own one or do a side by side with a gen, it's not significant.

Side view of the CG. The front surface (dial side) of the CG seems a little too flat. Isn't this side supposed to be concave with the case and the CG thicker?

How's the mag power and date?

Great lume....How long to charge the lume?

Your crown look thinner. Is it because of the pics are taken at a different angle? Or worst, the rep factory is screwing up again?

I'm eyeing on Hublot black magic now. Very tempting... Heard from my dealer that the price will increase very soon and the rep factory is going to use PVC plastic to replace ceramic due to its high cost in manufacturing it. Still thinking... price is too high

The mag power clear enough, but the reflection looks oddly distorted a bit. Don't have a good pic to show you now but I'd try to do that. Not sure how long the lume really lasts either as I only got it today. Perhaps I'd try it out now and let ya know. THe crown is not really thinner, but rough. Looks like an old crown that is worn out.

I'm not a big fan of Hublot myself. Tried it on at Sungai Wang and decided I don't like the shape (I'd much prefer an AP). But the Big Black (Magic) is definitely worth it, especially with real ceramic.

I'd wait for ceramic Black Seal
