Getting To Know The Place

Hi guys, just a quick heads up, I recently purchased three watches from Tony, transaction was super smooth.

From payment (via Western Union) to QC pics and receiving the watches, all in all it took about 2 weeks tops.

Just a quick note if you're a noob like me, some WU outlets have different requirements in the filled up form (off the top of my head, some require postcode as well as contact number) so be sure to get all the details before you get there or you may have to make another trip back (maybe it's just the country where I'm from which is a bit of a pain).

Another thing I experienced as a noob was the worry about the watch not reaching me, blah blah blah so at the end of the day, it's all about patience and trust, they're Trusted Dealers for a reason so hang in there.

One other aspect which may be confusing is the movement. There are tons of varieties but there is a thread addressing all these matters so go check that out first. In my very little experience, I just understand that a swiss movement even though more expensive may not be as good as a clone because on occasions it's a refurbished unit. So I tend to get the clone when possible (I may be mistaken so please don't quote me on this)

For the QC pics, I suggest really reading up on the awesome watch reviews, just go to brands, select the watch model and read read read. Usually from there you'd be able to gather what the differences between a rep and gen is as well as the issues the rep many have. That should help you spot the clearer problems with a rep when looking at QC pics (such as lume quality, dot size at crown, hand stack, etc)

Lastly, I recently compiled some pictures to help you guys out if you're looking for a Milgauss or Daytona, comparing the gen to a rep. I understand some here want an EXACT replica of a watch (BTW it does not exist) so you'll just have to see which watch's discrepancies you can live with. Hope it helps you guys out in making a decision.

Oh yes, in short Tony is awesome, I have just ordered another watch from him (a BP Sub no date). Now I just hope my wife doesn't find out this new hobby I have...
