Mont blanc TW 7753 chrono issue

Hi guys. I purchased that above watch from saed a few weeks ago and although I think it looks amazing I think there might be an issue with the minute counter chrono at 3oclock. I am hoping someone could help shed some light.

Basically the minute hand on the 3oclock dial centres to zero but has +/- 0.5mins play in it. So with the chrono reset to zero, if I then tip the watch clockwise the minute hand dips to +0.5mins. Similarly, if I tip the watch anticlockwise, the minute hand dips to -0.5mins. The second hand centres to zero with no play whatsoever. The 10oclcok dial has no play in it either. The issue is only on the 3oclock minute counter.

Just wondering whether anyone else has the same problem? Perhaps it's normal?
Thanks as always

Mine had that problem, as well as developed cracks in three of the four lugs. I sent it back to Puretime and am waiting for a replacement.

I appear to have that problem but it doesn't really bother me tbh. I will keep an eye on the lugs and see if any cracks do develop. Do you happen to have a picture of the cracks that you experienced?

The subdial at 3 has some sway due to the 7753 movement made by the factories. Even the PAMs with the early 7753s have this issue.

Does everyone with 7753 TW have this issue? how annoying is it actually?

I really love the look of this watch, but I expect my $388 purchase wont resulted in something that will annoys me.

What about the cracked lug? is it a common issue as well? Hopefully the factory able to address this issue in near future.

The minute hand on mine has now dropped to the 3 minute position (i.e it no longer resets back to zero). See pic.
A TD on here has quoted me £125!!! to service the movement. This seems like a lot to pay on top of the $300+ for the watch itself....but there's a lot oView attachment 20015f work associated with fully stripping and servicing the a7753.

Guess I should've factored the cost of a full service before buying the watch. I would say a service is a must on a7750/7753 movements if your planning on keeping the watch for a while.

Sadly, yes.

Got mine in November. It is working as it should with none of these issues.

I just got mine Timewalker and had this issue...

The QC from puretime does not seem to allow for a replacement. Anyone succeeded to claim a replacement from puretime for this defect?
